Cancellation and Refund

For the orders within India :
• We provide Standard Insuranced Shipping delivery on all the orders.
• Shipping charges are based on the shipping destination and the weight of the parcel.
• These charges are determined by the shipping company and include factors such as package weight, customs clearance, and other variables.
• Estimated time of delivery is 5 to 9 business working days from the date of order dispatched.
• The dispatch time is 36 to 48hrs.
• We may use third-party courier / postal services for delivery and shall not be liable for any delay caused by the delivery service providers.
• This time frame might be affected due to public holidays, natural calamities & other unavoidable circumstances.
• Once the order gets dispatched, the parcel cannot be redirected or cancelled.
• Once your order is shipped, you will receive tracking details.
• Change of place of delivery cannot be possible after the product gets shipped.
• Before accepting delivery of the product/s, please ensure that the packaging has not been damaged or tampered with.
• If you believe that the merchandise is not in good condition, or if the packaging is tampered with or damaged, please refuse to take delivery of the package; otherwise, it will be presumed that you have accepted the delivery.

 

 


Refund/return and exchanges/cancellation policy :

All products from Ojaas Jewellery undergo multiple quality checks before being dispatched. They are safely packed in our brand’s sturdy packaging boxes and secured with fillers.

To make a return or exchange, you need to notify us within 12 hours of receiving the order.

Return and Exchanges will be accepted only if -

• Order was damaged in transit ( 360* Uppacking video should be taken for further complaints)
• Order item is incorrect


For the above reasons,
• The product must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with its original packaging.
• We request a full unboxing video without cuts and pauses for the same.

Placing a return request

• Once order is placed and received we will not return at any condition ( Only if it's damaged)
• No Return Policy

Reverse Pick-up (India) :

Once the product is approved for return, customer has to return the package to our office address.

Dispatch :
Once we receive the damaged/incorrect product, we will dispatch the new product.

 

We do not accept return/exchange for the following reasons,
• If the jewelry doesn’t suit your liking
• If the jewelry is too heavy or big to wear
• If the size of the jewelry is not what you expected
• If the earring stems are bent. They can be easily fixed by hand. Sometimes they are purposefully bent to avoid any transit damage.
• At very rare circumstances, the stones or beads would have fallen which can be easily fixed with fabric glue. We will guide you through the same.
• We make sure to present the natural tone and finish of the jewelry in our product photography pictures. But however, due to monitor/screen/system settings, there could be slight variations in the color tone.


Jewellery Care & Exchange Policy
Silver jewels have a soft lustre, and so they can get tarnished easily if not taken care of.
Follow these simple steps to care your jewellery just like how you care for yourself
• Do not wear when sweating.
• Avoid perfume, lotion or sunscreen after wearing the jewel.
• Do not wear when washing.
• Avoid collide, grind or fire.
• Do not wear when sleeping.
• Put inside a plastic cover ( air tight plastic cover) when not in use. Avoid velvet box.
• Do not clean with chemicals.
• Use soft cloth to clean.
• 100% Exchange Value on your silver Jewellery ( For example Silver Jewellery Weight * Silver Rate ( today's Silver Rate 999))
• No cash will be given in exchange
• Customer can buy any products on exchange value amount
